Display Settings:

How do I change my display settings?

1.Click the right mouse button at the desktop (main windows screen) of your computer.

2.At the pop-up menu left click on "Properties."

3.In the "Display Properties" window, click on "Settings" tab.

4.In the "Color settings" box, select the color mode you wish to be running and click "Apply" and "Ok."

Your color settings should now be where you want them to.

To manual switch colors to 8 bits in Windows XP, follow these steps:

1. Click the right mouse button on the desktop (main windows screen) of your computer.

2. At the pop-up menu left click on "Properties".

3. In the "Display Properties" window, click on "Settings" tab.

4. Look for a setting called low (8 bit) in the box under Color quality.

5. If it is not listed then click "Advanced."

6. In the following window, Click the "Adapter" tab.

7. Click the button "List All Modes" and then select your colors and click "Ok."

8. In the Dipslay Properties window clcik "Apply" and "Ok."

Your color settings should now be where you want them to.
